Chess Victoria Inc. is the official association managing chess in Victoria.

I will post here as much of the CV administrative documentation as I can find. For now we have the Interclub By-Laws and the Constitution.

I move a motion for constitutional change at the next AGM:

1. ALL affilliated clubs should get at least one vote at the AGM
2. LIFE MEMBERS should be honorary and not vote
3. The Executive Committee should stand down prior to the election
4. Candidates up for election should have the opportunity to address the meeting (Not constitutional change, but just a good idea)
