Hume Libraries Chess Club introduced Sep 2009
The Chess Club operates twice weekly at two different
locations within the Shire of the Hume City Council.
1. Broadmeadows Age Library
2. Sunbury Library.
All persons are welcome to play, beginner or advanced,
free of charge, just roll up, and we will look after you.

COMING EVENTS
Age Library Knockout Tournament January 21st 2010
The Chess Tournament will comprise of two rounds of a Knockout tournament and then a finish off with a Double Elimination format which will be run to find the winners of the Junior competition and the Senior competition the time will be a blitz format of 5 minutes each side per game.
The competition will start sharply at 4 pm and run until 8 pm.
